Online Mortgage Application

This application asks questions about you and your finances so Alaska USA Mortgage Company can qualify you for the right loan. You will also provide information about the home that you have in mind if you have already selected a property.

Step 1 - Gather information

Collect the following information to expedite your application.

For each borrower please gather the following:

  • Full name, social security number, and birth date
  • Current physical and mailing address
  • Best contact phone number, including area code
  • E-mail address
  • Current employment information - employer's phone number, position/title, gross income
  • Depending on the length of current employment you may need to provide information about previous employment
  • Documentation to support sources of income
  • Financial institution account information
  • Credit card, auto loan, and personal loan information

If purchasing a property you will also need the following:

  • The address of the property, including city, county and state
  • Estimated annual property taxes
  • Estimated closing date
  • If you have an accepted contract with a seller, contact a mortgage originator today!

If refinancing a property you will also need:

  • Current loan information including the mortgage company name and contact information

Alaska USA Mortgage Company can select a mortgage originator in your area to work with you. If you are currently working with an Alaska USA Mortgage originator, or would like to select one near you, you may choose one below.
